I took a workshop with Carl Caylor called painting with light. The class focused on using natural light. For a final project the students took the portrait our fellow classmates. Here are the results.

The Tuesday night shoot out is a free for all. the instructors start out with the models and then the students get there turn. The Models are from The Edge Modeling Agency
I believe that they are based out of St. Louis, MO.
